As well as leading our own projects, you'll collaborate closely with our building, environmental, and transport colleagues to deliver holistic solutions.As a Principal / Associate Civil Engineer , you'll join a close-knit team where you'll have the opportunity to lead and mentor our junior engineers and technicians. You'll take responsibility for leading the technical delivery and approval of projects, as well as reviewing the work produced by our team.You'll play a key part in delivering high-quality design projects on time and within budget, working closely with our clients to influence the development of infrastructure schemes in the region. As we continue to grow, you'll find ample opportunities to progress and develop your own career within Stantec.About YouYou'll be an MEng/BEng qualified and Chartered Engineer. You're a tactical thinker focused on achieving coordinated solutions and effective at communicating with both internal and external parties (e.g., utility companies, drainage authorities, highway authorities).Ideally, you'll have expertise in highway and drainage infrastructure design to deliver multi-disciplinary projects across their entire lifecycle – from concept and planning through to detailed design and delivery. You'll have a proven record of delivering projects closely with clients across various technical disciplines and experience mentoring and managing the workload of junior team members.
