Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

- Facilitate one-on-one therapeutic sessions, employing specific therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—tailored to the unique needs of each client. \n

Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate for this position will possess:

- A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n

- A strong sense of empathy and a non-judgmental approach to understanding clients’ unique challenges. \n
