Location: Irving, TX - Onsite (Needs to be in Irving, TX or within 100 miles)

R equired Skills:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the entire technology stack. The ideal candidate has strong backend expertise in Python or Java, experience building modern frontend applications with React, and is passionate about delivering high-quality software.

Experience with Elasticsearch is highly desirable, while knowledge of LangChain, LLMs, and vector embeddings is considered a strong bonus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.

Build robust backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django) or Java (Spring Boot).

Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

Integrate applications with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

10+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong proficiency in Python or Java.

Experience with backend frameworks such as:

FastAPI

Spring Boot

Strong understanding of:

REST APIs

Microservices

Authentication & Authorization

API security

Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Experience building modern frontend applications using React.

Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience using Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, including:

Index design

Query DSL

Aggregations

Relevance tuning

Performance optimization

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

Nice to Have

Experience with Generative AI technologies, including:

LangChain

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Embedding models

Vector databases

Semantic search

Prompt engineering

LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
