Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of data engineering, ETL, or enterprise data warehouse experience.
- Advanced expertise in T-SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, and relational database design.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining a large portfolio of production data pipelines within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with the ability to rapidly resolve production incidents.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while taking full ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with business, operations, and technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing teams without relying solely on formal authority.
