Pizza Chef

Opened in March 2025 in the historic former Westbury Hotel on Madison Avenue, Maxime’s is a private members club home to four distinct kitchens, each offering a unique culinary experience. We are looking for a Pizza Chef to join our team and work directly with our Head Chef to develop and execute Roman style pizza. Our kitchen operates an electric oven, and our dough is high Hydration, Direct fermentation dough. The candidate should be confident with pizza making and be able to assist in other sections of the kitchen when necessary. The candidate will be working with the best produce that has been thoughtfully sourced. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in fine dining, Michelin, or luxury hospitality Strong culinary techniques with a passion for quality and precision, preparation of dough, toppings, sauce Making pizza consistently & efficiently stretching dough, portion control, even crust, etc. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment A positive, professional attitude and a true team player mentality What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be working as part of an established culinary team delivering exceptional experiences daily.
