This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. THIS POSITION IS 100% ONSITE (NOT HYBRID/REMOTE) IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT $20.00 per hour CLASS STARTING - OCTOBER 6, 2026 Extensive training required for 13 consecutive weeks scheduled from Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00a.m-7:00p.m. After completion of training, you must be flexible to work a schedule of work hours between 11:00am - 10pm with two weekdays off. As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Video Repair, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers who are subscribed to our high-quality cable and video products. The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $36.35 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
