He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation. Empty garbage from Food and Beverage areas into the hotel dumpster. Maintain the cleanliness of the back dock and dumpster area. Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Interact and occasionally have unsupervised contact with guests and/or colleagues. Maintain a high level of trust and responsibility.
