Job Details Job Location: Peoria, AZ 85381, Position Type: Full Time, Job Category: Maintenance, Visions Serenity and Visions Energy Position Summary As a Housekeeper 1, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the common areas of your community. This position will assist in keeping the leasing office cleaned daily to maintain a welcoming environment for residents and guests. This role is responsible for cleaning homes after move out and ensuring a quality move-in experience. A successful Housekeeper 1 is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work. In addition, this position needs to be accountable and attentive to provide excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents, associates and vendors.
