Position Description Summary:

WAREHOUSE PROPERTY/MANAGER II

As Acting Lead of the Body Armor Cyclical Replacement Program, this position supports a small team of Senior Inspectors and Deputies to receive and retain body armor after inspection to ensure they meet contract specifications. Within a 15-day window, property must be processed, recorded, and submitted to PACES for bulk upload. This process includes opening each kit to inspect for material defects, review and distinguish labels on packing to product, repacking body armor kit and entering each serial number into a bulk upload spreadsheet to be put into PACES. Once the accountable property is reflected in PACES, a shipment notice is sent to the recipient and property officer, then transferred to the assigned Cost Center/User before being shipped to its destination by the Warehouse Property Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Serves as the point of contact for facility-maintenance related issues.

• Serves as the point of contact for office equipment and coordinates with other offices for repairs.

• Ensure that office and office equipment have the necessary supplies.

• Coordinate with other USMS offices to ensure that supplies, shredding equipment, are properly accounted for and handled.

• Coordinate and assist with compliance with all safety and security protocols.

• Coordinate and set up conference rooms for meetings.

• Assist with the movement of offices and corresponding computers, phones, and other devices.

• Prepare reports, as needed.

Skills & Experience:

• At least three years demonstrated experience in supply technician or inventory management and office management, responsibilities.

• Familiar with technical supply management.

• Familiar with the management of decentralized and decontrolled items.

• Ability to consistently deliver the highest quality of work under extreme pressure.

• Plus: Familiarly with Inventory Management Software Applications (PACES)

Education: A high School diploma or GED is required.

Security Clearance Required: (T2 - MODERATE RISK PUBLIC TRUST POSITION)
