Shift pick up bonuses And so much more! The Maintenance Laborer works in tandem with the environmental techs in general maintenance and repair of the building and grounds. Maintenance Tech Responsibilities: Inspect the facility on a regular basis to ensure the grounds, facility and equipment are maintained according to the facility policies and procedures. Maintain and monitor the fire alarm and emergency system. Be on-call to trouble shoot any maintenance emergencies.
