PRN Regional Float NP/PA – ArkansasStart Date: January 1, 2027Pay: $65.00 per hourPosition: Nurse Practitioner / Physician AssistantStatus: PRN Regional FloatFloat Locations: Maumelle, Bryant & Sherwood, ARHealthCARE Express is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a PRN Regional Float Provider. This position is designed to provide additional coverage across our Arkansas urgent care clinics based on patient volume, staffing needs, and clinic coverage.This is a great fit for a provider who enjoys the flexibility of PRN work, is comfortable working in different clinic environments, and can jump in and provide excellent patient care wherever coverage is needed.What You'll Be DoingAs a Regional Float Provider, you'll evaluate and treat patients in an urgent care setting while working alongside our clinical teams to keep patient care moving efficiently. You'll diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries, order and interpret appropriate testing, prescribe medications when indicated, perform procedures within your scope of practice, and provide patient education and follow-up instructions.Because this is a float position, flexibility is important. Shifts and clinic locations will vary based on operational needs, with increased opportunities for coverage during higher-volume periods.What We're Looking ForCandidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible to practice in Arkansas. Previous urgent care, emergency medicine, or other fast-paced clinical experience is strongly preferred.We're looking for providers who are dependable, adaptable, confident working independently, and comfortable stepping into different clinic teams as needed.Schedule: PRN, based on clinic coverage needs and provider availabilityPay: $65.00 per hourStart Date: January 1, 2027HealthCARE Express is veteran-owned and operated and committed to providing 5 STAR treatment to our patients and team members.
