Estimator

This role will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, competitive bid proposals, and conceptual budgets for commercial precast concrete elements and hardscape projects. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely estimates for commercial precast and hardscape projects. Analyze construction drawings, specifications, bid invitations, addenda, and related project documentation. Develop quantity takeoffs and pricing using estimating software and industry standards. Review and interpret CSI Divisions 3 and 4 specifications and scope requirements. Prepare detailed bid proposals, clarifications, exclusions, alternates, and value-engineering recommendations. Collaborate with operations, project management, vendors, subcontractors, and clients throughout the bidding process. Maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships to support accurate and competitive pricing. Assist in mentoring junior estimators and supporting continuous improvement within the estimating department. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in commercial construction, precast concrete, masonry, or related trades preferred. Experience with conceptual estimating, budgeting, and negotiated work is highly desirable. Proven ability to prepare complete bid packages and manage projects through the preconstruction phase. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, On-Screen Takeoff, Titan 3000 and other construction estimating/modeling software. Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
