Production Operator

Responsibilities- Responsible for understanding and ensuring safety standards are respected
- Conduct first level of maintenance (PM's) and first piece inspection at the start of shift (if applicable)
- Maintain 5S standards
- Detect problems (deviations from standards) in safety, quality, and efficiently
- In case a problem is detected, stop and apply the appropriate reactivity procedure
- Actively participate the improvements proposal program
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of each workstation
- Communicate any supplies shortage to the team lead at the beginning, during, and after shift
- Involvement in continuous improvement through participation in VPS workshops
