Job Title: Leasing Consultant
Employment Type : Full-time
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Location : This position is in-person and assigned to two multi-family apartment communities:
Applewood (104 units): 2800 Applewood Lane, Eugene, Oregon 97408
Amazon Corner (117 units): 747 E 32nd Ave, Eugene, Oregon 97405
Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday from 9:00am - 6:00pm
Tuesday: Applewood
Wednesday: Applewood
Thursday: Amazon Corner
Friday: Amazon Corner
Saturday: Amazon Corner 9:00am - 12:45pm / Applewood 2:00am - 6:00pm
Reports to: Property Manager
Compensation Package:
Competitive hourly pay range of $21.50-21.50
Leasing and renewal commission opportunities ( eligible at Applewood only )
Monthly transportation allowance of $200.00
