Staff Attorney, Detained Adults KYR Program
Alaska Department of Law
The Alaska Department of Law is looking for a full-time Staff Attorney dedicated to immigrant rights. In this critical role, you will represent detained clients in removal proceedings and conduct Know-Your-Rights presentations. Fluency in Spanish and a JD or DOJ accreditation are required. This position is based in Washington, D.C. with a hybrid work model. You'll engage with community stakeholders, oversee casework, and ensure individuals navigate the complexities of the immigration system effectively.
