My Pet's Vet is looking for a Customer Service Representative with growth opportunities at our Buford, Georgia Animal Hospital. At My Pet’s Vet, our main goal is to create a happy and positive work culture. We achieve this by creating flexible work schedules, establishing good workflow and labor appropriation within the hospital, acknowledging achievements using frequent pay evaluations, assisting with continuing education, and rewarding all staff members through bonus programs. Most of all we want to provide the best care possible to our patients, in turn, giving you a sense of pride in your work. Pay Rate - $13-$16 Based on Experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your basic duties as a CSR at My Pet’s Vet are as follows
- Greeting Clients
- Answering Phones
- Differentiating Between Routine and Emergency Cases
- Scheduling Vet Appointments
- Admitting and Checking Out Patients
- Processing Payments
- Communicating Information Between the Clients and Our Staff
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in the veterinary industry required.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Motivated and passionate about helping animals is a must
- Experience using multiple-line telephone systems.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks in the time allotted without direct supervision
- Demonstrated ability to show empathy toward clients and treat animals with respect and compassion.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- A commitment to outstanding client service.
