Receptionist

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Title Company Receptionist who will be an advocate, by greeting and directing all entries into the title company.

Your specific duties will include:
Answering incoming calls Greeting and assisting customers.
Assisting title staff with Order Entry, receipting of Earnest Money Contracts, and client follow-up.
Handle mail distribution.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous experience in managing a front desk/reception area.
Prior title experience is a plus, but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, by phone, email, and in person.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams.
Pay Rate Range : $20.00 Hourly

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
