Job Summary: Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (CVICU) Phoenix, AZ. The role is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis, along with unit-level responsibilities. This position also supports the supervision of staff to whom care is delegated and is accountable for ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and resource management related to patient care.
