Position Overview:

Kings View is seeking a Service Line Director II to provide advanced clinical and operational leadership for assigned service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical and operational functions of assigned service lines

• Supervise program and clinical leadership staff

• Manage productivity, staffing models, and resource allocation

• Monitor quality outcomes and compliance

• Lead audits, licensing reviews, and expansion initiatives

• Collaborate with internal leadership and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s Degree in related field

• Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or equivalent)

• Five years progressive leadership experience

• Strong behavioral health operations knowledge
