What You'll Be Doing

As a Guest Services Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is smooth and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival.
- Assisting with check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Answering guest inquiries and providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
- Addressing and resolving guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Managing reservations and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations.
