Interim Controller Responsibilities

• The Interim Controller will oversee the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• The Interim Controller will manage day-to-day accounting operations and provide leadership to the accounting team.
• Assist with labor forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for 2027.
• The Interim Controller will monitor financial performance and recommend process improvements.
• Support management with financial analysis and operational decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications of the Interim Controller Role

• 510+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management-level responsibilities.
• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading accounting operations and achieving business objectives.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
