Special Ed Teacher / Case Manager

The Special Education Case Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing services for students with disabilities. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, facilitates the IEP process, and supports student success through collaboration with educators, families, and service providers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
Valid New Hampshire certification in Special Education or eligibility
Knowledge of special education laws, procedures, and best practices
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
