SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Lamar Advertising Company seeks an Outbound Sales Representative to drive new billboard and digital advertising revenue. In this role, you will prospect and cold-call local and regional businesses, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored outdoor and digital advertising solutions across billboards, transit, and airports. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads and preparing proposals to closing contracts and coordinating with operations and design teams. Success requires consistent outbound activity, CRM discipline, and the ability to build long-term client relationships aligned with Lamar’s integrity- and community-focused culture.
