Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
Maryland Social Work licensure (LMSW, LCSW, or LCSW-C)
Maryland certification or eligibility for certification as a School Social Worker
Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings preferred
Special Education Experience

What You'll Do:

Provide counseling, support, and intervention services to students
Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
Support students' social-emotional well-being and academic success
Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and community resource coordination
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP and student support meetings as needed
