They have a passion for helping people and making them feel welcomed and special and take pride in consistently delivering delicious food and drinks. Our team members are cross trained to excel in various positions in the front and back of house, offering variety and excitement, as well as incredible opportunities for advancement to management and beyond. THIS IS A DAY TIME POSITION, SO YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE IN THE DAY TIME (9am to 3pm) AND EVENINGS ON OCCASION. THIS IS NOT A SEASONAL POSITION, AVAILABILITY THROUGH THE FALL IS NEEDED. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve food, smoothies and juice according to established recipes and standards. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, upselling additional items as appropriate. Operating blenders, juice machines, slicers, grill and other equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of working stations. Monitor product levels and replenish supplies as needed to ensure availability and freshness. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace. Learn and stay informed about different Limited Time Menu items to educate customers and make recommendations. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with team members and be a good team player to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak hours. Qualifications: Enjoys Being the Best Part of Someone’s Day. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates professionalism when interacting with team members and customers. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership role preferred.
