Lead Land Development & Diligence for AI Infra (Remote)
Applied Methods Inc
OpenAI is seeking a Land Development & Due Diligence Lead to validate that proposed sites are buildable, compliant, and cost-effective. You will lead diligence across civil, geotechnical, environmental, and entitlement dimensions, identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies.
You will manage consultants, oversee permitting, and deliver go/no-go recommendations with mitigations, while building scalable templates and reporting site readiness to executives.
