Qualifications & Skills Current BCBA certification in good standing Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings Expertise in conducting FBAs, developing, and implementing BIPs Strong analytical, assessment, and report‑writing skills Proficient collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Ability to train and support school personnel in ABA strategies Compassion, professionalism, and adaptability in dynamic settings Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive functional behavior assessments Develop, oversee, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing interventions Lead team meetings and participate in IEP processes Provide staff training and in‑the‑moment consultation to enhance classroom management Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent implementation of interventions Stay current with evidence‑based practices and compliance standards Compensation Compensation ranges from $52.50 to $72.50 per hour.
