What Youll Do at BTS

As a Sales & Marketing Practice consultant youll work directly with sales and marketing leaders from some of the worlds leading corporations including Global 100 companies. Youll learn how their go-to-market strategies and businesses workhow they sell how they structure their commercial organizations and what drives performance in the field. Youll contribute to identifying and shaping the key behaviors required to execute sales and marketing strategies and help translate them into learning experiences and simulations that build capability.

We work in small teams to develop designed experiencesthink customized business simulations or app-based digital learningthen we facilitate these engagements with our clients in working sessions that incorporate humor fun and competition. As a BA1C2 consultant youll be an active contributor to these experiences: supporting design helping build content and stepping into facilitation roles as your skills develop.

There are no industry verticals at BTS and you will work with a variety of clients on different types of projects. Youll be staffed on multiple engagements at a time across different industries and with different internal teams. As a Consultant in the Sales & Marketing practice you will have the opportunity to work across commercial topics including go-to-market strategy sales enablement and marketing transformation.

When youre not facilitating an offsite with your teammates youll spend your time designing these experiencesinterviewing clients conducting research and analysis testing programs and learning. This is all done in a team-based setting where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers you to contribute from your first day. As your skills and career grow youll take on more responsibility to lead workstreams develop client relationships and contribute to the growth of other BTSers.

We have a hybrid work environment with expectations of being in the office 50% of the time when youre not traveling. As for travel we do that differently than most consulting firms: youll travel when you are leading clients through the designed experiences you and your teammates create. On average youll travel 3050% of the time occasionally more than 50% occasionally less than 30%.

Experience and Background Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• One to four years of experience in consulting sales sales operations sales enablement or a closely related fieldor demonstrated interest in commercial strategy and go-to-market topics
• Some exposure to project work or client-facing environments is a plus particularly for candidates at the higher end of this level
• Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship is required

Salary Information

Annual Salary Range: $90000 - $135000

• This range is for Senior Business AnalystConsultant and Senior Consultant level roles. Starting salary is determined by experience and education/degree level.
