Team Leader (Part‑Time, San Diego) In San Diego, the starting hourly base rate for Team Jeni’s Team Leaders is $20.50/hour, with the opportunity to earn an average of $30.72 per hour!* *This is an estimate of hourly earnings based on the 2026 base pay rate plus 2025’s hourly tip average. Actual customer tips may vary. About the Role Team Jeni’s Team Leaders are part‑time crew members who lead shifts. In addition to leading shifts, you will scoop and serve ice cream to our customers, make waffle products, run the register with cash‑management responsibilities, keep the shop clean, change out buckets of ice cream, and perform a number of other important, related tasks. Responsibilities Serve the ice cream that Time magazine calls “the best in America.” Gain valuable real‑world business and entrepreneurship experience.
