Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Candidate must have experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting per clinic and payer requirements.
Experience with functional treatment programs and safe patient handling techniques preferred.
Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation, including goal writing, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry using clinic-approved systems.
Willingness to participate in student supervision and mentor development as assigned preferred.
Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.
