Speech Language Pathologist

Role: Speech Language Pathologist providing personalized care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to support patient wellness, mobility, and independence. Document care in EMR, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and caregivers, and incorporate telehealth when appropriate. Qualifications & Skills: Valid state licensure or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, proficiency with computers and EMR, and current CPR certification. Ability to meet physical demands of in-home care, including lifting, repositioning, and driving.
