Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead an Americas affiliate marketing program across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

In this role, you will develop and execute affiliate and direct-response strategies designed to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness. You will oversee campaign execution across product and marketing launches, build and optimize affiliate partnerships, and use performance data and online signals to identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance marketing, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience managing affiliate partnerships across a broad digital ecosystem. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams to support strategic initiatives and identify future trends and opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness
• Lead affiliate and direct-response campaigns across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil
• Manage campaign execution across product and marketing launches, ensuring programs are delivered accurately and effectively
• Build, manage, and optimize relationships with affiliate partners, including publishers, content creators, and affiliate networks
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners to expand program reach and effectiveness
• Analyze campaign and partner performance data to identify optimization opportunities and maximize efficiency and return on investment
• Translate online performance signals and data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with paid media, brand marketing, e-commerce, and other cross-functional teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business objectives
• Negotiate partner contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs
• Oversee campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution to measure program effectiveness and support accurate partner payouts
• Monitor affiliate marketing industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and inform program strategy
• Manage the affiliate marketing budget to support cost-effective growth and scalability
• Collaborate with global teams to communicate key strategic project details and develop an aligned perspective on emerging trends and opportunities
• Help ensure affiliate campaigns deliver a strong and consistent customer experience

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate partnerships
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with performance tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
• Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, Commission Junction, Performance Horizon, or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in retail, consumer electronics, or technology industries
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies as they relate to affiliate marketing
• Experience managing affiliate programs across multiple countries or regions
• Experience working with publishers, content creators, and affiliate networks
