Registered Nurse - Full-time

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values. Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care, assess patient needs, and perform duties consistent with mission and standards. Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate care and ensure quality outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN) and current RN licensure. Certifications such as BLS are mandatory, with additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.) based on department needs. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements is essential. Key Attributes: Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and confidentiality protocols.
