They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders before pick‑up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction. What you’ll do Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers and select the right items for each order, working in a fast‑paced environment that may intensify in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. They dispense orders, engage customers throughout the process, and may also assist in‑store shoppers while managing their online orders. The role requires juggling multiple tasks and maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and customer service. Compensation and benefits *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Payroll premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount varies by job classification and length of employment and meets or exceeds applicable paid sick leave laws.
