Compensation:
- Up to $38/hr
- $4,000 Sign on Bonus!
Schedule:
- Tuesday to Friday 8:30am to 7:30pm
Benefits:
- PTO accrual starts from hire date and increases with tenure | Year 1-2: 104 hours/year (13 days)
- Floating Holidays (FHL) based on hire month: Up to 5 days
- 6 Paid Holidays off
- Health Benefits start on 91st day of continuous employment

Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home patient assessments and provide clinical education on respiratory equipment.
- Adjust ventilator settings based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Monitor and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment to ensure optimal function.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and patient interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) or Registered Nurse
- Valid driver's license
