Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced B2B customer service professional with a strong background in order management, customer account support, and cross-functional coordination within a manufacturing, distribution, printing, packaging, promotional products, wholesale, or similar environment.

The Customer Experience Specialist will manage assigned customer accounts, support the full order lifecycle from quote through delivery, and serve as a key point of contact for business customers. This is a strong long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and working with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned customer accounts and territories while providing professional B2B customer support.
- Prepare customer quotes, freight quotes, order entries, modifications, corrections, cancellations, and related documentation.
- Track customer orders from quote through delivery to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues proactively through clear communication by phone and email.
- Partner with Sales, Art, Production, Shipping, Accounting, and other internal teams to support order accuracy and workflow.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order data, reports, and process improvement documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

- $25.50 to $27.00 per hour.
