Team Leads delegate, train, are responsible for cash handling, and monitor the progress of shift associates and all facets of the hardware store. The primary responsibilities of team leads are to be dependable to ensure the opening or closing of the store, handle conflict if it arises, to ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.

The ability to lift 50 pounds consistently, and to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift are required.
