Job Description Central Washington ENT - 1 Year Partnership Track 11 Weeks’ PTO! Seeking a BC/BE ENT physician to join their established, physician-owned practice! The Practice: Full-time, 4 or 5-day schedule available 1 surgical day per week once established 1:5 call (Typically, one weekend and one Monday-Thursday block every 5 weeks) One-year partnership track Current team consists of 5 ENT physicians & 1 APP Consults at two hospitals with a very strong hospitalist program Competitive salary, signing bonus, relocation, RVU production, up to 11 weeks’ PTO, CME and paid malpractice Generous healthcare benefits including medical, life, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) retirement with match The Community: Welcoming community with a charming downtown area provides opportunities for the entire family!
