Twilio is seeking a data-driven, strategically minded individual to join our

Strategic Operations

pillar within Sales, Operations, and Enablement. Reporting directly into the

Strategic Operations

team, this role sits at the intersection of business strategy, sales planning, and advanced analytics. You will lead our

target-setting process

and align customer segmentation with broader GTM organizational objectives. This role goes beyond standard schedule management; you will define our operational "North Star"—ensuring targets are ambitious, achievable, and backed by robust analytical modeling, forecasting, and data infrastructure. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll: Lead the annual and semi-annual target-setting cycles for the global sales organization Present target proposals, growth opportunities, and complex data insights to senior leadership using clear, data-backed narratives. Develop and refine the sales customer segmentation model Extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets using advanced analytical and statistical methods to optimize revenue efficiency. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Systems, and HR to align operational metrics with overall corporate strategy. Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards & reporting to track important planning outcomes including target accuracy and territory outcomes Qualifications

Required:

6+ years of combined experience in Strategic Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Analytics within a fast-paced technology environment. Proven track record of leading target-setting cycles and planning frameworks for a GTM organization. Hands-on expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into strategic, business-focused recommendations for leadership. Strong project management skills, including experience managing cross-functional dependencies and scoping requirements. Deep understanding of core GTM processes & metrics (productivity, pipeline conversion, forecasting). Desired:

Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts, with experience using Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization. Location

This role will be remote,but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA. Travel We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. Compensation *Please note the salary range information provided applies only to candidates residing in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State due to local requirements. Compensation for candidates in other locations will be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that hiring for this role is not restricted to the locations listed above. The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $128,560 - $160,700. Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $136,000 - $170,000. Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $151,120 - $188,900. This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
