Inspira Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit in Mullica Hill, NJ. This travel position requires a minimum of three years of L&D experience, with a preference for mother/baby experience and postpartum couplet care experience. Epic experience is required. The RN License or Compact License, along with AHA-BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications are mandatory.

About Unit:

Labor and Delivery and Mom Baby assignments within the department. AWHONN guidelines: 1:1, 1:2 labor, 1:3 couplets. 20 patient rooms used as LDR and mom baby couplet rooms, 2 Ob ORs to circulate for c/sections, 3 OB ED rooms.

First Day Instructions:

Failure to complete the full orientation will result in immediate termination. Candidates will receive an email directly from Inspira the Friday before Monday starts. The email will contain instructions for signing on to the Virtual Welcome meeting and online HealthStream Module from Human Resources sometime prior to 8:30 on Monday. On Monday, GEO will be Virtual from their own computer. The modules assigned must be completed by Monday, or they will be removed from the orientation list. In person class schedule list- Typically Tues-Thurs- these classes are held in multiple locations. The location may not be listed in the original email; candidate is required to use Health Stream to determine class location day of. Unit based orientation schedule from manager. Program name: Contract (Nursing) - 48 Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 89.
