What are we looking for?

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

What would you bring to the table?

• 1+ years of spa housekeeping experience, preferably in a high end or luxury spa environment
• Passion for organization and cleanliness
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift
• Ability to lift/pull up to 30 lbs.

What would your job responsibilities be?

• Bring a genuine, welcoming personality to enhance guest experiences in Spa Operations
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Spa Locker Room and all Spa public areas
• Respond to guest and team needs with professionalism, hospitality, and strong problem-solving skills
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, knowing every element contributes to a memorable spa experience
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively
• Support the entire Spa team, including Spa Reception and Therapists, as operational needs arise
