About the Role Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve our patients' functional abilities Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas of need Providing hands‑on therapy sessions, including but not limited to, range of motion exercises, strength training, and cognitive rehabilitation Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and communication Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and therapy plans Requirements A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania Ability to work effectively with patients of diverse ages and abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Seton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center?
