We are partnered with a litigation law firm headquartered in Los Angeles. The firm currently manages a high-volume caseload. They are a nationally recognized plaintiff law firm with $4B+ in verdicts and settlements. They are hiring a Settlement Accounting & Litigation Finance Specialist to own the financial accuracy of their litigation operations. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who lives and breathes Excel and thrives in complex, high‑volume environments. You'll work directly with attorneys, paralegals, and leadership to reconcile settlement costs, catch misallocations, and ensure every dollar across their mass tort matters, some with 10,000+ clients, is accounted for correctly. What we're looking for: Advanced Excel, pivot tables, complex formulas, large dataset management (this is non-negotiable) Law firm background with exposure to litigation accounting, case costs, or settlement reconciliation Sharp eye for discrepancies, you spot what doesn't add up before anyone else does Confident communicator, comfortable working directly with attorneys and legal teams, not just in the background Experience with ProLaw, Ramp, or similar platforms is a plus Mid‑level experience welcome (5–7+ years). What matters most is your precision, your Excel depth, and your ability to bring order to complexity.
