Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help build a strong B2B sales pipeline. This is a 100% outbound sales role focused on prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and scheduling appointments for the Outside Sales team.

Additional Skills

Key Responsibilities
Conduct 175–200 outbound activities daily, including calls, emails, direct mail, and social outreach.
Prospect across a variety of industries, including offices, medical facilities, schools, gyms, restaurants, and more.
Build and manage cold and nurture email campaigns and direct mail initiatives.
Source your own leads and prospects and continuously build your pipeline.
Qualify prospects by identifying their needs and determining fit for commercial cleaning services.
Schedule 2+ qualified site visits per day for the Outside Sales team.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including outreach activity, lead status, and follow-up actions.
Use CRM and sales intelligence tools to build prospect lists and manage your pipeline.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and campaign results.
Prioritize and develop a strong prospect pipeline throughout the Front Range market.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, appointment setting, or lead generation.
Experience with B2B sales or service-based businesses is preferred.
Proven ability to handle high-volume outreach and consistently set qualified appointments.
Experience using CRM or sales prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Spotio, Road Warrior, or similar platforms.
Strong phone presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong follow-through and time-management skills.
Experience creating sales campaigns is a plus.
Commercial cleaning or facilities services experience is a plus, but not required.
