Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Broker role is based in Tucson, AZ. The broker will represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, including listing properties, conducting market analyses, preparing purchase agreements, and guiding clients through negotiations and closings. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, holding property showings and open houses, and maintaining updated property listings in brokerage systems. The broker will provide attentive customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, educating clients on market conditions, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with state and local regulations. The role also involves collaborating with internal support teams, participating in brokerage meetings and trainings, and leveraging Epique’s AI and technology tools to manage pipelines, marketing, and transaction workflows. Qualifications Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, including local Tucson market knowledge, valuation principles, and transaction processes. Experience in Brokerage operations, with the ability to manage listings, oversee transactions, and comply with regulatory and ethical standards. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques. Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on clear communication, responsiveness, and relationship building. Active Arizona real estate broker license (or eligibility to obtain within a defined timeframe). Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, digital transaction platforms, and virtual communication tools. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Willingness to work on-site in Tucson, AZ, and to meet clients at properties and other locations as needed.
