About the Role Licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are needed to provide hands‑on care across senior housing and post‑acute facilities through the KARE platform. Key Responsibilities Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escorting, laundry, and other activities of daily living. Follow resident schedules set by supervisors. Offer emotional and social support to residents. Support dining staff and occasionally assist in dining areas. Be comfortable with emergency equipment and procedures. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co‑workers. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid CNA license. Ability to lift at least 51 lbs on a regular basis and physical ability to assist residents needing assistance. Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English. Experience caring for residents with memory impairment preferred when assigned to memory‑care areas.
