Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm, M-F, Overtime opportunities as needed
Location: Weston, FL Onsite

What's a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
- Creating cases using a proprietary case management system
- Reviewing CT scans for protocol conformity
- Segmenting CT scans to create 3D anatomical models
- Planning pre-operative surgical procedures for hip and knee replacements
- Reviewing plans for accuracy and uploading to field personnel
- Maintaining strict documentation and adherence to work instructions
- Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or above preferred)
- Possess a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in Salesforce, Materialize MIMICS, or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
- Demonstrate strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Are proficient in English and meet visual acuity requirements
