Mission Operations Associate (MOA) SkillBridge InternshipForterra is a leading provider of autonomous systems for ground-based movement in the working world. Amongst some of the earliest innovators in the field of driverless technology, Forterra is focused on building systems that protect front-line soldiers and enable civilian workers in our industrial base. Forterra is the go-to provider of ground autonomy solutions for the U.S. Department of Defense, which harnesses the technology for asymmetric warfare in critical conditions.This SkillBridge internship offers hands-on experience as a Mission Operations Associate (MOA) at Forterra. Mission Operation Associates support the delivery, scale, and success of our customer accounts. Working across Forterra's growth, engineering, and product teams, our MOA's help support our customer relationships and develop, plan, and deploy Forterra products in support of their missions. SkillBridge interns will gain in-depth exposure to the deployment, management, and customer-facing support of Forterra's advanced hardware and software products. Working alongside industry experts and cross-functional teams, interns will develop essential technical, strategic, and collaborative skills in a high-technology, start-up environment.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential new business opportunities.Supporting the development of business cases and go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.Assisting in the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for potential customers and partners.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to align business objectives.Qualifications:Must be eligible for a SkillBridge program opportunity.A strong interest in defense and dual-use technology, autonomous vehicles, mobility, and technology innovation.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time.Forterra is an equal-opportunity employer, providing and promoting equal employment opportunity in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
