We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Technician who is driven, self‑motivated, and professional in Charlottesville, VA. We offer a sign on bonus up to $3,500. Requirements High school diploma or GED 2 yrs. + experience as a Residential Service Technician (not helper) Proficient with residential HVAC troubleshooting and repair Thorough understanding of the maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems Understand electrical, mechanical and control systems Must be able to read and understand low voltage schematics Professional appearance Organized with attention to detail Dependable and strong work ethic Ability to work independently Fluent in English (oral and written) Valid driver's license Good driving record Preferred Education and Experience CFC Card History of continuing education in the HVAC industry Job Functions/Tasks Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
