Salary: $85,000- $105,000


We are seeking a Tax Senior Accountant with 3+ years of public accounting experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing and reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S tax returns for individuals and business entities.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S tax returns.
• Conduct tax research and provide planning recommendations.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely completion.
• Review staff work and mentor junior team members.
• Communicate directly with clients and taxing authorities as needed.
• Assist with tax projections, consulting projects, and year-end planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification.
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance.
• Experience with CCH, UltraTax, ProSystem fx, or similar tax software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with publicly traded companies is a strong plus.
• Exposure to multi-state taxation and ASC 740 preferred.
• Prior experience reviewing staff work and leading engagements.
